Bitàcola is oriented to change the look and practices around the mental health conception in the job placement process. In one hand, this project wants to minimize the effects from stigma in the job placement process for individuals with mental illness. In the other hand, Bitàcola wants to minimize the effects of discomfort or suffering at workplaces which could involve mental health problems.
Bitàcola is a project done in the framework of the Innovator Projects 2010, which is promoted by the Occupational Service of Catalonia (SOC). Gender perspective forms a transverse axis along the entire project.
