This project is the result of the conjunction of two qualitative research in mental health done in 2009 by Epirius and Spora Sinergies respectively. The report is organized with a route diagram in mental health field that expose the difficult situations analyzed in both researches. Therefore, each situation incorporates some specific recommendations to response the demands and needs that were related in the previous researches by users and families.
