Observatory on the use of the social networks in the Spanish SMEs



We are entering a new phase in the corporative and professional use of the new technologies.

According to the Survey of use of TIC of the National Institute of Statistic, more of a 97% of the SMEs have computer and connection to Internet. That is to say, practically all.

Digital integration no longer is moderate with the mere connection: a new thermometer makes lack that pays attention to the following border for the SMEs in the scope of the TIC. And this border is the social networks, the new massive channel of personal communication as as much professional. This it is, therefore, the first study dedicated completely to social networks and SMEs. Like so, it feels the bases for the establishment of a Permanent observation post on the use of the social networks by part of SMEs Spaniards.

This study has been driven by the Banesto Foundation and the Company Nacional de Innovación (Enisa). The data were obtained by the technological consultant Cink Shaking Business
