Bitàcola presents the results of the Innovative Project

Already in the final of Innovative Project Bitàcola, we invite you to the Conference of Bitàcolas results, to be held on Tuesday 20 December, 9h15 to 14h, at CaixaForum in Barcelona.

The purpose of this meeting is to transfer and make public the results of some researches and 5 action lines which includes Bitàcola, highlighting the knowledge that this project has allowed us to build and the change of perspective on the employment in mental health services. Moreover, we will present the actions planned to consolidate and sustain the changes achieved through the Bitàcola project, and we will thank to everyone who contributed to the project and made possible its realization.

Thus, this conference will present the results of the Bitàcola Pilot Service in Barcelona and Osona, ​​where 75 people have made a coaching process. We will present the impact of training 92 professional employment services on Enterprise of XXI century, Gender Perspective and Systemic Coaching to achieve a change of view in to employment services in mental health. We will publicate the results of research "Work and Psychological Well-Being", focusing on how job affects in the mental health of people. Finally, we will present Bitàcola Handbook, a guide to include the Bitàcola perspective in to employment services, and Bitàcola Network, which will give continuity to the participation of employment services professionals and the change of perspective.
