Challenge
Faced with the imminent completion of the waste and road cleaning contract of El Prat, and before drafting the technical specifications that will govern the next contract, in September 2016 the municipality had two main objectives: obtain information regarding the operation of services and issues that citizens value as relevant, and involve citizens in the management of the city and public space.
Answer
Spora Sinergies with the Urban Ecology Agency designed a process of citizen participation -developed through a web application- and displayed information points in different places of the municipality, in order to make the process known to citizens and obtain their valuations and improvement proposals.
