To make a Diagnosis of the internal situation of Betevé in terms of gender inequalities and discrimination in order to elaborate an Action Plan adapted to this Diagnosis and to the real needs and possibilities of the company.
A Diagnosis that reflects the existing gender inequalities and discriminations within the company is developed. This works as a basis for the subsequent establishment of an Action Plan with specific objectives and actions that should improve the conditions for gender equality and eliminate discrimination on the grounds of sex. In addition, a governance system is designed to facilitate the future monitoring of the implementation of the Plan and the evaluation of its results.
